It has been said that happiness isn't so much getting what we want, but wanting what we get. No matter what is going on in your life, right now, even if you think it is the result of very poor behavior on your part, it is perfect. It is exactly what you need at this moment in your evolvement. It provides the perfect set of circumstances for you to find your power and therefore; it is a gift of the Divine.

THERE ARE NO MISTAKES

Life is a journey, and the experiences which we have along the way have come into our world to teach us about ourselves and to enable our souls to evolve as we examine what happens to us and how our choices have led us to each new experience.

Many spiritual traditions speak of a time of judgment where we will look at our lives. This is a time of studying cause and effect, rather than a time of being called on the carpet as we see what we did right and what we may have done wrong.

Life is a series of choices and there are no real mistakes. Choices forge our pathway, and even choices which seem to have led us to difficult situations, can be valuable; because it is often in these difficulties that we experience our greatest growth.

It is through our choices that we find empowerment. If we are willing to take responsibility for the consequences of our choices, then we know that we have the power to chose again and redirect our lives, if we are unhappy with the results of how we have chosen.

As we look at our lives with a gentle, non judgmental eye, we can forgive ourselves for those things that we perceive as mistakes. As we examine each situation to see how our highest good was served by the experience, we will know that no experience is ever truly a waste and therefore no choice is ever really wrong.

We are creating our lives each moment by our thoughts and our feelings and our choices. If we can learn to do this consciously, with the awareness that we can not make a bad decision, we will be freer to find the good in all things.
