THY WILL BE DONE

There is Sacred Mystery all around us. The Divine Presence is present in everything. While it may be easy to see that it is present in the birds and the flowers; It may be more difficult to find it when our path gets difficult, or boring, or challenging in body, mind, or Spirit. But, truly; God is in all things.

When we look at what is going on in our lives and we make a judgment that one thing is spiritual and another is not, we are missing so many of the blessings that God has to offer. Everything, truly everything; is God in Action. When we understand that all things come from God with opportunities to learn and grow, we free ourselves to find the grace in all situations.

Every situation that we find ourselves in was sent to us by God to bless us. God is not out to get us. God does not sit in judgment with a giant score card looking minutely at all of our actions. God is pure unconditional love and looks deeply into our hearts and finds our innocence even when we can't see it ourselves.

When I find things coming up in my life, where I would like a certain outcome. I try to remember that all things come from God and I try to take a step back and let go of some control and send out the thought in my heart "Thy Will be done!" True happiness lies from being in harmony with The Divine Creative energy.

One of our commandments was I AM the Lord Thy God, Thou shalt not have strange gods before me. When we cling to that false god of Control and the spiritual arrogance of believing that we know what is best in all situations, we are turning our backs on the abundance of Divine grace that is available to us in all things.
